Pre ordering our products that have elements of Batik Tulis or Tenun, will be given a similar/different motives for Batik Tulis or Tenun are produced manually (handcrafted).
Motives of Batik can be choose in the Fabrication folder (via email).Please take note that your chosen item in the cart are not secured until you have go through the purchase successfully.
All payments have to be done within 48 hours. Orders will automatically cancel with or without prior notice if the payment is not received during 48 hours. A re-order can be made with regards to the availability of the item.
When your order is submitted, we are prohibited to either add or remove items from your order. All sales are irrefutable and no cancellations or exchanges of order can be done.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
After you successfully done your purchase and payment, we will soon process your order
For all shipping we will use JNE services for all national shipping
National shipping: no later than a month
For International shipping : no later than one and a half month, and International shipping cost will be comfirm later via email.
If you wish to have an express shipping please contact our customer service via chat box or line Elizabethnjomayfen for further information.
Please take note ElizabethNjoMayfen will only do the shipping on Monday-Friday. If you order with us during weekend or holidays, we will process your order in the next working day.
ElizabethNjoMayfen will not responsible for any loss packages or damages during the delivery cause by the courier services or incorrect/insufficient information provide by customers.
Shipping fee borne by you can be checked in the Table Rate based on your country.
Please take note that ElizabethNjoMayfen will not be liable for any customs, taxes, or duties incurred for any international orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
All sales of any item are final. All items strictly cannot be returned for exchange, refunds, or credit.
If your received item is defective or incorrect, please do tell us within 3 business days after you received your item. If you did not notify us within 3-business day, ElizabethNjoMayfen will have any right to refuse your request.
Please send us your receipt and capture of the defect item in order for us to review your item. You can contact our customer service via chat box thru this website or via LINE or just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ElizabethNjoMayfen obligated to exchange the defect item with the same product according to its availability or a full refund will be given to you. Exchange to another item is applicable with item in the same price or higher.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. We are not responsible for any lost mails during this return process.
Customers are highly recommended to deliver the item by mailing, which allows tracking. ElizabethNjoMayfen will not process return if the item did not reach to us. ( This term is not valid for Batik Tulis and Tenun Product )
Sizing issues will not be offered exchanges or refunds.
All returns are once again irrefutable and further requests will be declined.
BACK ORDER ITEMS
Back order item is repeat order based on sold-out item, but this time is a pre-order system. Estimated date of arrival for the backorder items are written at the product’s description and are subjected to change. Delays may occur and affected customers will be notified immediately and updated with news of the backorder promptly.
A full refund will be done for delays amounting to over 14 days from stipulated time.
Cancellations or changes are strictly prohibited.
ElizabethNjoMayfen reserves the right to cancel any backorders of the response is insufficient.
Payments are done through the cart using paypal, where credit card or debit card can be used to perform transactions for the desired clothing
